Mr. Frank Voelker Jr.

Mr. Frank Voelker Jr. is a 1943 graduate of Tulane Law School. In addition to his distinguished career in law, Mr. Voelker has been a longtime friend and dedicated supporter of the school.

The Frank Voelker Jr. Scholarship provides scholarship support for a deserving student from Northern Louisiana who has demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to civil law.
