Alfredo Blanco - Albert Lawrence Loustalot Scholarship

The Alfredo Blanco-Albert Lawrence Loustalot Scholarship is used for scholarship support of students at the University, with preference given to citizens of the United States of America; if feasible, one scholarship at all times should be available to a Caucasian who has at one time been a Cuban citizen, and another scholarship should be available to a Caucasian citizen of Bolivia.
