Lindsay Eliza Wiener Memorial Endowed Fund

The Lindsay Eliza Wiener Memorial Endowed Fund supports the scholarly and programmatic work of the Lindsay Eliza Wiener Memorial Scholars, whose profile and interests most closely represent Lindsay’s commitment to leadership, intercultural understanding, and combatting anti-Semitism. The Lindsay Eliza Wiener Memorial Endowed Fund will be administered by the Department of Jewish Studies, or its successor, at Tulane University, to further its goal to build a dynamic slate of action-oriented programming and innovative student engagement activities in the field of American Jewish Studies. It is the Wieners’ desire that these Scholars moderate a peer-to-peer roundtable dialogue each semester (twice annually), preferably over lunch or dinner, among Jewish and diverse non-Jewish students to promote inter- and multi-cultural understanding and combat anti-Semitism.
