Louise R. Horn Scholarship Endowed Fund I

The Louise R. Horn Scholarship Endowed Fund I is used for scholarship support of female undergraduate students at Newcomb-Tulane College, or its successor, at Tulane University. Tulane may modify or disregard any selection criteria if determined in whole or in part to be contrary to law or then existing university policy.
