Louise R. Horn Scholarship Endowed Fund II

The Louise R. Horn Scholarship Endowed Fund II is used for scholarship support of undergraduate students at Tulane University, or its successor. Tulane may modify or disregard any selection criteria if determined in whole or in part to be contrary to law or then existing university policy.
